• Payment confirmation — confirmation of payment for your order, received from our payment or delivery partners. We never store your card details ourselves.

Information we collect automatically

• Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site.
• Cookies — small files stored on your device to keep your cart working and remember your preferences.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data (such as health, religious or biometric information).

07How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it:

• Order records — kept for five (5) years to meet tax and accounting requirements in Pakistan.
• Society membership details — kept for as long as you remain part of The Arabica Society, and for up to two (2) years after you leave.
• Enquiries & messages — kept for up to twelve (12) months after the last conversation.
• Analytics data — kept in anonymised form for up to fourteen (14) months.
• Marketing preferences — kept until you withdraw consent.

When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
